FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you only arrange florals for weddings?

We don't only do florals for weddings. While weddings are a significant part of our work, we also create beautiful floral arrangements for baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, or any kind of celebration. Additionally, we design florals for anniversary and birthday gifts, as well as any other special occasion. Whatever the event or gift, we're here to bring beauty and joy through our floral creations.

Do you offer same-day flower delivery services?

We recommend providing at least a one-week notice for flower delivery services. However, it never hurts to ask! If you need same-day delivery, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request and work something out.

What are your prices?

This is a question that's hard to give a straight answer to, as it all depends on what you want, how many floral arrangements you need, and which flowers you order. We require a 35% deposit of the full purchase price. However, we know weddings can be expensive, and we strive to make our services as affordable as possible. Let’s discuss your vision and needs so we can provide a more accurate estimate!

How late can I book you for my wedding?

We ask that you book with us at least 4 months in advance. However, we understand that some circumstances are different, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and make it work!

Do you provide rental items such as vases, arches, or other decor?

While we offer basic white vases for normal-sized arrangements, we also have a range of other items available to rent. You can rent napkins, white pillars, chairs, wine glasses, Bridgerton-style big vases, and even a coffee cart table from us. Let us know your needs, and we’ll help you create the perfect setting for your special day!

What is your cancelation policy?

Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Notice: If the cancellation is made more than 90 days before the event, all payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.If the cancellation is made between 30 and 90 days before the event, 50% of the payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the event, no refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, we will apply your deposit to a new date if subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of $100 will apply.

Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we will work with you to either refund your payments (excluding the deposit and any custom orders) or reschedule your event without any additional fees.

Do you only provide services in Jacksonville?

We are delighted to serve not only Jacksonville but also the surrounding areas within a one-hour radius. If your location is beyond this range, we do charge a travel fee to accommodate the additional distance. We're committed to bringing our floral expertise to make your special day beautiful, no matter where you are.
